1 General Terms

b bajee is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides entertainment gaming for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this platform or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on b bajee, you must be 21 years of age or older. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the funds held may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is also prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Third-Party Use

Placing bets on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is prohibited. Each account is for the exclusive use of the registered individual only.

3 Identity Verification

b bajee reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Submission of identity documents may be required, particularly for withdrawal requests. Failure to provide accurate information and documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Verification may typically require a National ID (NID), proof of date of birth, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This information is stored and processed under b bajee's Privacy Policy.

3.1 OTP Verification

An OTP may be sent to your mobile number for registration and security verification purposes. The mobile number provided must be active and belong to you.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The approved payment methods for transactions on b bajee are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits must be sent from the registered individual's own mobile financial service account. Funds sent through a third party will be returned, and the account concerned may be placed under investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal amount must be at least ৳500. b bajee reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if identity verification has not been completed or if there is an active investigation on the account.

4.3 Bonus Balance Withdrawal

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus. Details about bonus terms are described in the following section.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

b bajee currently offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement to claim this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering target to withdraw from the bonus will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may not be claimed more than once.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• b bajee reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the wagering requirements have been met.
• A bonus is not a cash alternative and is non-transferable.

5.2 VIP Cashback

b bajee's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of the net loss for that week. The cashback rate is up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum.

6 Betting and Gaming

b bajee offers a range of entertainment including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and fishing games. Each game or betting category may have its own specific rules, which are published in detail within the relevant section.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market. b bajee reserves the right to change these limits at any time. If unusual betting patterns are detected, the account may be placed under investigation.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is not completed due to a server issue, network disruption, or any other technical fault, b bajee reserves the right to cancel or suspend that round. In such cases, an attempt will be made to refund the user's stake.

6.3 Manipulation and Fraud

Any form of manipulation, fraudulent tactics, or use of unauthorised software is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and funds held may be forfeited.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

b bajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or forged documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

7.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. However, any active bonuses or remaining wagering requirements at the time of closure will be cancelled.

8 Responsible Gaming

b bajee believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a means of earning money. We encourage our users to maintain healthy gaming habits. By following our Responsible Gaming Policy, you can set your own deposit or betting limits and take a break when needed.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

If a user wishes to take a break from the platform for a set period, they can activate self-exclusion through our support team. While this feature is active, it will not be possible to log in to the account during the specified period.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of account access or data due to the user's own negligence.

11.1 Service Interruptions

12 Changes and Amendments

12.1 Severability Clause

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally invalid, that clause will be removed and all remaining clauses will continue to be in effect as before.

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the separate terms of specific games or bonuses together form the complete agreement between b bajee and the user. No verbal or prior agreement replaces this document.
